About the Author
Ms. Costin is the director of the Monte Nido Residential Treatment Center in Southern California, a facility for patients with eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia and exercise addiction. A recovered anorexic herself, she has dedicated her career to the treatment and understanding of these difficult clinical challenges. Ms. Costin lectures and writes extensively and is also featured on this site with her book, The Eating Disorder Sourcebook
